About the Venue

The Dan Panorama Tel Aviv is the conference venue. The hotel is situated across the road from the Mediterranean and is within walking distance of many of the city's attractions, sea front bars and restaurants. It is just a walk down the promenade to the ancient port city of Jaffa, where you can wander around the artists’ quarters, narrow alleys and flea market. A walk in the opposite direction will take you into Tel Aviv, where you can stroll through the Carmel Market or the quaint Neve Tzedek neighborhood.

The hotel offers many facilities, including a fitness center and spa.

Official Language

The official language of the conference is English. 

Passports and Visas

Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until the end of April 2024. Passports need to be valid for at least 6 months after exit from Israel. Click here for information regarding visas to Israel.

Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the conference.

It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the committee and organizers regarding presentation or financial assistance.

Flights

Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (airport code: TLV).

Climate

Daytime temperature ranges between 15°C and 25°C. Nights are cooler ranging between 10°C to 17°C. There is a fair amount of rainfall.

​Important Notes

Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are highly recommended. Please purchase this from your local travel agent. The organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
